2015 Annual Membership Meeting

UPDATE - Board of Directors election results:

Mike Oakie was elected to represent the Manors at Central Park Condo Association and Charles Reynolds was elected to represent the Kensington at Central Park Condo Association.

All Central Park resident should have received a meeting notice letter in the mail this week from TH Management Consultants.  They have replaced Kramer-Triad as the managing agent for the Central Park Master Association.

The 2015 Annual Membership Meeting of the Central Park Master Homeowners Association will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at the Shelby Township Municipal Building, 52700 Van Dyke.  Sign-in begins at 6:30 PM and the meeting itself will start at 7:00 PM.



During the annual meeting, two Association members will be elected to a two-year term on the Board of Directors.  One will represent the Manors at Central Park Condo Association and the other will represent the Kensington at Central Park Condo Association.  Only residents of those two Associations may nominate someone to be a candidate for election as their representative on the Central Park Master Association Board of Directors.  Currently, Mike Oakie has been nominated as a candidate for the Manors representative position and there are no candidates for the Kensington position.  Candidates may be nominated using the form provided in the mailing.

If you are not sure whether you can attend the annual meeting on April 8th, please complete and mail the General Proxy form that was enclosed in the letter.

Also enclosed in the letter was a map indicating the locations where "No Parking" signs will soon be erected by the Central Park Master Association's Board of Directors.
